This hotel is a great value for money option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the Trafford Centre. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the road to the shopping center, making it very convenient for exploring and shopping. The staff are friendly and provide good service, ensuring that guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well-maintained with all the necessary amenities and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options are tasty and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
The only minor issue I experienced was the lack of air conditioning in the room. However, the hotel management could consider providing fans to help regulate the temperature.

Loved the clean and comfy room, perfect location for shopping and easy access to public transport. the breakfast had a great variety and delicious options. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed.
The lack of air conditioning which made the room quite hot and stuffy, especially during the new year. We had to keep the window open all night which made it noisy due to the traffic outside.

The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the shopping center and with easy access to buses that will take you straight into the city center. The staff here are friendly and helpful, as mentioned by another reviewer who appreciated their assistance with bus information. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better - right across the road from the Trafford Centre. It was so convenient to have all those shops, bars, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were basic, but they had all the amenities I needed, including a nice clean bathroom with consistent Premier Inn comforts. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. It had a good variety of options and was great value for money.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I didn't encounter any major issues.

Easy to locate from the motorway and surrounded by popular retail outlets, this budget hotel has comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast options were extensive and generously portioned, served in a pleasant dining room. The attached restaurant was convenient for dinner and offered decent value for money.
The decor could benefit from a refurbishment and the Wi-Fi service was unreliable. Nonetheless, the hotel offers a good value for money option for travelers transiting or exploring the nearby retail hub with good transport links to Manchester City.
